women’s circle

Women have gathering in this way since the beginning of time.

Our ancestors came together in circles to share stories, pass on wisdom, commune with spirit, and to support each other and celebrate life.

That is what we are here to do again, together.

We gather to create a safe space to heal and process the world together without judgement, allowing each other to be vulnerable and holding space for one another to be seen and understood.

Each circle we will build an altar together as a sisterhood (this may be flowers, crystals, candles or any other sacred items one chooses to contribute).

The importance of women’s circle is evident now more than ever.

It is a counter cultural act of gathering together in this way, to be just as we are.

To hold each other, to heal together, and to celebrate each other as we rise!

Our women’s work draws from many different cultural practices and healing modalities and may include any of the following:

Movement Medicine (Dance, Somatic Healing Movement)

Yoga (Yin, Kundalini, etc.)

Breathwork

Various Indigenous Practices (Chanting, Haka, Hula, etc.)

Partner Work

Meditation

Emotional Embodiment

and much more!

This space welcomes all who identify as female, trans female, and non-binary female, with the understanding that this space is held through the female lens.
